First, please make sure the recipe is vegeterian or vegan, nutritional, and simple & quick to cook in a retreat. Because of copyrights issue, it would be best to send us original recipes which were written by you.

 

Next, download a recipe template here. Please make sure to include the number of people the recipe serves and amounts for every ingredient.

 

Finally, send your recipe to our email account
